I set up Fish to Water HR in 2014 - having worked at partner level in law firms in Glasgow,
working all over Scotland and in London with two young children I needed a change!
I really enjoyed the challenge of working as an employment lawyer, providing support and
advise to a wide range of clients, but I wanted to be able to do this in a way that I could
incorporate that with being a full-time mum.
I initially set up the business to provide employment law support to businesses, individuals,
and charities. Since then, Fish to Water HR has evolved to cover all areas of employment
law, HR support, training and most recently business coaching (groups and individuals).
With over 23 years’ experience as an employment lawyer, I have great experience in
advising on and appearing in contentious and non-contentious matters. I have a particular
interest and expertise in all aspects discrimination law, and I have worked closely with
individuals and businesses to improve and develop knowledge and understanding in this
area.
