I have been an employment lawyer for over 23 years. I have a keen interest in the area of discrimination, and I have advised employers and employees on this complex area of law. I have appeared regularly in employment tribunals both in Scotland and in England acting on
behalf of both Claimants and Respondents.
I continue to advise clients on all areas of employment law and offer a friendly, bespoke, no-nonsense service which means clients appreciate my pragmatic approach to their employment law issues.
I pride myself in listening to the needs of my clients and tailoring my advice accordingly. This means the advice is always solution driven, straightforward and with no legal jargon!

Diversity and Inclusion are connected but also different! Diversity focuses on representation or the make up of an entity. Inclusion is about how well the contributions, presence and perspectives of different groups of people are valued and integrated into an environment.

For some reason restrictive covenants tend to be forgotten until someone leaves and the employer seeks to enforce a covenant that was written 5 years ago! I advise both employers and employees on enforcing these contractual clauses and on the validity of these clauses.
